About Us

Our Beginning

A vision born
from passion.

The Grand was founded in 2010 with a singular ambition: to create a destination where extraordinary food and impeccable hospitality exist under one roof. Our founder saw an opportunity in this beautiful historic building — to breathe new life into its spaces and create something the city had never seen before.

The restaurant opened first, quickly earning a reputation for creative, seasonal cuisine. Three years later, the hotel floors opened above — eighteen rooms designed with the same devotion to craft and detail that defines everything we do.
